Robert F. Dundervill, III, MD, FACS

Dr. Dundervill completed his undergraduate degree from The University of Virginia and his medical degree from The Medical College of Virginia. Upon finishing his residency at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, he completed his vitreoretinal fellowship in Lexington, KY. He has been in practice with Retina Consultants in WV since 1995.
Dr. Dundervill manages many vitreoretinal diseases including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachments, retinal vascular disease, dislocated intraocular lens, macular holes, etc. He will be serving as an investigator in upcoming clinical trials at the new retina research facility in Charleston.
Dr. Dundervill is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Retina Specialists, the West Virginia Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been board certified since 1995.
Dr. Dundervill is married with 3 children and enjoys biking, snowboarding, boating and exploring new places.
